Our tasty Pecan Brittle is made from scratch the old-fashioned way, in small copper kettles. The brittle is hand-stirred until it's a perfect consistency. Then our pecans are folded into the mix before the brittle is poured onto marble tables for the cooling process. The result is nothing short of delectable!
