Refund policy

At the Hudson Pecan Company we are committed to providing our customers the highest quality products.  Due to food safety standards, we cannot accept returns on perishable items.  If you have any concerns about the products you received please contact us at info@hudsonpecan.com within five days of receiving them. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift boxes, or gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and then contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

In-Shell Pecan Standards

"Georgia Grown" isn't just a slogan, it's a standard we proudly live by.  For over 150 years we have proudly grown our pecans in "pecan country" and are committed to producing the highest quality nuts.  All in-shell orders are fulfilled at the time of purchase.  Our team meticulously sorts through our nuts to ensure the very best make it to you. 

Even with our rigorous quality control standards, nuts are a product of nature and sometimes have imperfections.   We follow the USDA guidelines for quality listed below.

The Hudson Pecan Company meets USDA No. 1 standards as found in the U.S. Standards for Grades of Pecans in the Shell (Tolerances, §51.1404)1 and comply with international trade agreements. This means that you can expect less than 5% shell defects and less than 12% kernel defects and greater than 92% variety-true constitution.  If you do not believe your pecans meet these standards, they can be shipped back to us for inspection.  If the pecans do not exceed the above standards, we will offer you a full refund and reimburse the costs of shipping them back to us.
