How long will it take to receive my online order?
Every order is customized and packaged with care. Orders are shipped out to you via UPS 2-Day Priority, one to two business day after receiving the order.
Shipments are sent out Monday through Thursday in order to avoid having them sit over the weekend in a warehouse. Depending on your order day, and current outdoor temperatures, your package may be held until the following Monday to ensure minimal time in transit.
Please note, we do not ship out orders on the weekend.
During our busy holiday season your shipment could take a little longer to arrive at their destination due to challenges from Covid-19.
How are shipping costs calculated?
UPS shipping costs are based on weight, dimensions and destination. There are no additional fees to ship from Hudson Pecan. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email that provides a UPS tracking number.
How do I receive free shipping?
Free shipping is offered once a spending level has been achieved. This is calculated after all discounts have been applied. If a discount has an order below this, free shipping won't be activated. Please note free shipping is only offered to one location. If you are shipping to multiple addresses, only one shipment will qualify.
Can I send gifts to multiple locations?
Yes! Remember to check the "is t his a gift?" box before putting an item into your cart.
Do you ship during the summer?
Yes, we do! During warmer months we ship orders with chocolate Monday thru Wednesday. It will arrive in insulated packaging with cooling packs to help keep the chocolate from melting while in transit.
Can I order and pay online, but pick my order up at the store?
Absolutely! When checking out please chose “Pick Up” as your delivery Yes. When placing your order online, just It'll be waiting for you at our shop and you can pick it up at your convenience.
Arizona and California Residents:
Due to agricultural regulations, we are unable to ship In-shell Pecans to these two states.

Are your chocolates gluten-free?
Most of our products are gluten-free, though we are not gluten-free certified.
Do you take custom orders?
We do! We are often able to handcraft items specific to your needs. Contact our store and we can discuss options with you. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you offer any wholesale pricing?
We do! Please go the 'Contact Us' dropdown on our website, there you will find a wholesale application.
What is your return policy?
Since we sell food items, we're not able to accept returns. However, if there is a problem with your purchase, please let us know and we'll do our best to make it right for you. Email us through our contact form, or give us a call at the shop!
