This salad combines many favorite flavors of Fall. As outside temperatures cool, meals tend to lean towards heavier, comfort-foods; and this bright, fresh salad adds balance to the table.
Handful of Craisins
Handful of crumbled Goat Cheese
1/2 Pear or crisp apple, chopped
1/4 cup toasted pecans
1 soft boiled egg
Ingredients
1 cup Arugula or Baby Spinach 1/2 Avocado, dicedHandful of Craisins

Directions
Balsamic Vinaigrette: Equal amounts of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, a squeeze of honey, and a squeeze of grainy Dijon, salt and pepper.
